User Obligations

As a user of BotPortal, you agree to:

•Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
•Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
•Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
•Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
•Ensure your website's use of the chatbot complies with your own privacy policy.
•Not upload or train the bot with harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Subscriptions & Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. All sales are final after the trial period.

Intellectual Property

The BotPortal platform, including its code, design, logos, and branding, is owned by BotPortal and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain all rights to your own content (knowledge base, trained data, and leads collected).

Limitation of Liability

BotPortal is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated responses. In no event shall BotPortal be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

You acknowledge that AI technology is not perfect and that chatbot responses may contain errors. It is your responsibility to review and supervise your chatbot's behavior.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
