Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. During the trial period, you are charged nothing and can cancel at any time with no obligation. If you cancel during the trial, your access continues until the end of the 7-day period, and you will never be charged.

All subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refund will be issued for the unused portion.

Refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:

• ✓Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
• ✓Billing errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, we will refund the difference.
• ✓Service unavailability: In the rare event that our service experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our infrastructure, you may request a prorated refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your BotPortal dashboard. Here is how:

1. Log in to your BotPortal account at getbotportal.com
2. Go to your Dashboard
3. Click on your current plan or subscription settings
4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
5. Confirm the cancellation

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions listed above, please contact us with the following information:

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Paddle and Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing, you also agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors. In the event of a dispute, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy may have their own refund policies that apply in addition to this policy.
